DEPOSITS

At the Crater's Edge is a unique property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. We require 50% deposit at

time of booking. The balance will be charged two weeks prior to your arrival. The full amount is due at booking if the window of time between booking and actual stay is less than two weeks. Your billing will appear as "At The Crater's Edge" on your credit card statement.

CANCELLATIONS

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any deposit paid. 

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 2 weeks notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

HOUSEKEEPING

Out of respect for our guests' privacy, no daily housekeeping is provided. On stays longer than 3 nights we change bedding, provide new towels and remove trash.  In the meantime, if you need restocking on anything, you may always request it.

DAMAGES

You will be responsible for any damages to your room or furnishings outside of normal wear during your stay.
